A memorial service was held at Twin Lakes Park in Sarasota on Saturday, May 28th to Celebrate Mathew’s life. The CIS Honor Guard was joined by that of the St. Petersburg Police Department, as well as the City of Dunedin’s Protectors, Police & Fire, Pipes and Drums. During the ceremony Mathew’s call sign, Bravo 114, was retired, and his patrol car was renumbered to “114.” This car will forever remain as part of the CIS fleet.
Scholarship Fund
CIS is setting up a scholarship in Mathew’s name to assist children living in the communities that he served. Anyone wishing to make a contribution can make a check payable to “Critical Intervention Services” and in the memo please put “Little Scholarship Fund.” You can mail it to our corporate offices:
