Shannon Bryson is the CIS Director of Operations and a staff expert on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), premises liability, urban crime prevention, security officer operations, and community policing. Shannon joined CIS in 2013 with over 25 years of experience as a narcotics agent, SWAT officer, and tactical instructor.

During his tenure at CIS, Shannon served as the Director of Public Safety for the CIS Private-Sector Led Public Safety Program at MetroWest and has assisted dozens of communities and property management companies in crime prevention and liability management.

In addition to an extensive history of law enforcement training, Shannon is a certified Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner (FCP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Studies Education from Ohio Dominican College.
